We lend up to 100% of the purchase price (not to exceed the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price) for new vehicles and up to 100% of purchase (not to exceed the NADA Retail Value) for used vehicles. The credit union also offers the refinancing of any existing auto loan you may have with another institution (e.g., a bank or an automobile dealer). Indirect Loans: Indirect automobile loans are available through participating dealers in Birmingham, Sylacauga, Talladega, Montgomery, Anniston, Pell City, Ashland, and other locations throughout Alabama. Click here for participating dealer list Pre-approved Loans Put You in Charge You can have your loan pre-approved at Coosa Pines Federal Credit Union. This sets your budget and makes you, in effect, a "cash buyer" - so you can negotiate price from a position of strength. Pre-approval maximizes your bargaining power with the dealer. Open End Credit Loans With an approved open end credit application, you can establish a signature limit which enables you to borrow often with a minimum amount of paperwork. You can obtain advances by phone requesting funds to be deposited into your sharedraft (checking) account or pick up your money quickly at the credit union. Secured Loans You can also borrow to purchase new & used recreational vehicles, new & used mini recreational vehicles, new & used farm equipment, new furniture & appliances, etc. We also offer share and certificate secured loans.  |
