• or Account Receipt accompanying this Agreement,
• and the Credit Union’s bylaws and policies,
• and any amendments to these documents from time to time that collectively govern your membership and accounts.

Electronic funds transfers are electronically initiated transfers of money from your account through the EFT services described in the agreement.  By signing an Application or Account Card for EFT services, signing your card, or using any such service, you agree to the terms and conditions in this Agreement and any amendments for the EFT services offered.
